TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENTS
All membership billing is processed through the Tide Athletic app, using Stripe. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to meet payments or you may be charged a late fee and your membership may be suspended until payment is successful.
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable (outside of the cooling off period obligated under the Fair Trading (Code of Practice—Fitness Industry) Regulation 2003).
WAIVER
All members and guests or drop-ins are required to sign the Tide Athletic Waiver prior to carrying out any activities in Tide Athletic’s facilities or using Tide Athletic’s equipment.
MEMBERSHIP HOLDS
Members may place their membership on hold for any reason one time per year, but must provide no less than 7 days written notice. Membership holds must be for a minimum of one week up to a maximum of 12 weeks, unless specifically agreed in writing by Tide Athletic.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Members may cancel their membership at any time for any reason by providing 28 days’ written notice to Tide Athletic. Any prepaid fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
